Do you deliver to Palm Creek?

Do you serve Phoenix, Florence and Tucson?

You can order through our website for available shipping destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available methods and charges. Palm Creek site delivery is a separate local service. See Arizona ordering and shipping.

Where are the laboratory reports?

Available reports are linked on product pages and in our lab-results index. Match the flavor and batch on your package to the report. Ask us for help if the report does not match your package.

What does the CBD amount on a bottle mean?

The total amount listed for a bottle is different from the amount in a measured serving. Read the package volume and cannabinoid information together. Do not compare a whole bottle amount with a per-gummy or per-chew amount.

Are these products THC-free?

Do not assume a full-spectrum product is THC-free. Consult the matching batch report for measured THC results and the laboratory reporting limits. We do not guarantee a negative drug-test result.

Can you recommend CBD for a medical condition?

We do not provide medical or veterinary advice or recommend products to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Discuss health conditions and medication interactions with your healthcare professional; for pets, consult your veterinarian.

How should I use a product?

Follow the current package label and warnings. Product formats are not interchangeable: topical rub is for external use, and canine products are labeled for dogs. Do not improvise a serving amount from a different product.

Are all CBD products legal everywhere?
