Keep product identification and ordering details together so questions are easier to resolve.

Save the package information

Record the product name, flavor, batch identifier and date purchased. Retain the ingredient list and labeled directions. A photo of the actual package is more useful than a generic catalog image for resolving a batch question.

Keep the report with the product

Download the corresponding COA and check that the sample identifiers match. If they do not, contact the retailer before assuming the report describes your item.
